  4. Grammar is the sound, structure, and meaning system of language. All languages have grammar, and each language has its own grammar. For me, Grammar is very important since it gives us names of word types and word groups and also enables us to form sentences not only in English but in any language. We can put sentences together even as children so it looks like we can all do grammar naturally. But if we want to talk about semantic rules, word groups, rules that one must follow in order to form a sentence, we need excellent grammar knowledge.
