What is Language Facility?

It raises student’s intelligence as measured by intelligence tests; and for this reason, the language facility in speaking and in writing is a must for the educator who has to find ways to teach all his students properly because if the students are taught properly, the latter can learn skills and concepts necessary to function in modern society.
