The facilitator alone makes use of the effective material, and it depends upon the instructor on how he can use or demonstrate it in front of the class
Effective Evaluation
*The evaluation becomes effective if the facilitator has made something interesting
to his given topic for the learners in order to arrive at a good result and get interested in the given evaluation on behalf of the facilitator, and that is the cause of effective evaluation.
*The Art in Evaluation - - if a certain evaluation has an art
it will make easy for the learners to do the tasks or the given activity. For this reason, they will make a very effective picture by using different shades of classroom instruction.
The same color can be equipped with the learners’ caliber of intelligence and vast repertoire of experiences to get ready with classroom efficiency and teachers’ effectiveness.
*The cause and effect -
if the facilitator can give a nice lesson that the learners are able to cause something very willing to perform the assigned tasks; by doing so, there is an effective evaluation. So it depends upon the facilitator on how he can motivate the learners to perform academically.
*Ready to fight - - the teacher has a different idea on how he can get the attention of the learners.
He can make an effortless visual aid in order to get the effectiveness of the lesson so that the learners can be ready to face the effective evaluation.
Unique Way of Preparing a Lesson
*Standing alone in comparison with other facilitator -- having no like or equal implementation or structuring in preparing for visual aids, the best thing to do is to perform diversely according to the genres. Being the only one of its kind teacher who can deliver the lesson, the teachers have different strategies in preparing for a lesson.
*Unusual style of handling the learners -- it is something that gives the learners unique learning among the other learners. This teaching genre is what we are accustomed to as regards learning outcome.
*The style of teaching that causes remarkable lesson issues.
The visual aid has something to do with word uniqueness, and preparing for a lesson is unparalleled to the other lesson presentations.
*There is a way of preparing for the lesson that seems complicated with the other facilitator.
But it can give an impact to the learners, so it is unrivaled in preparing for whatever lessons that you are going to present or demonstrate.
