It is the process of imparting knowledge or
savvy to students regardless of age, gender and race; in addition to teaching,
it is the process of directing, guiding, encouraging and stimulating learning
activities in the classroom wherein the students and subject teacher will
exchange ideas thoroughly of a certain topic that is being taught for a
day-lesson-plan-teaching.

I have held some of these beliefs for a very long time, while others have come about as a result of the educational experiences I have had over the years.
